PHO query message communication in indici

Every practice using indici patient management system has a set of queries available that can be used to quickly communicate with patients based on any PHO report put into their PHO folders.

For example, these may be used to recall for flu or MMR vaccinations, or to communicate with pre-defined groups of patients such as COVID-19 vaccination groups.

This method filters patients according to the consent they have given for information sharing, and uses the most affordable means of contact in priority order: patient portal, direct email, SMS, then letter.
