Network performance Power BI dashboard

We’ve enhanced the network performance dashboard in Power BI to better support how practices work. These updates were co-designed with practices, and refined through user acceptance testing, to ensure they reflect real practice needs. They bring a clearer view of your data into one place, helping reduce the need to build separate queries.

Practice reporting improvements now live

We’ve enhanced the network performance dashboard in Power BI to better support how practices work.

These updates were co-designed with practices, and refined through user acceptance testing, to ensure they reflect real practice needs. They bring a clearer view of your data into one place, helping reduce the need to build separate queries.

There are two enhanced sections.

  1. Practice operational management: supports enrolment and capitation processes, Community Services and High User Health Cards, practitioner demographics, and immunisation milestones.
  2. Practice management trends: includes financial information, capitation breakdowns by funding category, age, gender and ethnicity, patient turnover, ED visits, and ASH admissions.

Note the practice management trends section includes financial information and is only available to staff who currently receive the Finance Capitation Remittance Advice.

If you have questions or think you should have access to the trends section but don’t, please contact your development manager or email the practice systems support team.

Please don’t share your login — anyone using your details will be able to see everything you have access to.

Feedback

We welcome any suggested improvements or requests for additional information to be added to the Network Performance dashboard, Operational management, and Trends sections. Please fill out this feedback form and your response will be reviewed by the Pinnacle Development team and prioritised accordingly.

Training resources

We’ve developed a set of training resources to help you get started including a 15-minute walkthrough video, user guide, and quick reference guide (cheat sheet) for each section, linked below.
