If you are enrolled, you may be able to use your general practice's patient portal (such as myindici or Manage My Health) to contact your medical centre and access some of your health information online.

For after hours care
If you need medical help when your general practice is closed, call your practice first and follow the after hours message.
You can also call Healthline on 0800 611 116 for free advice, use a trusted virtual care service, or visit a local after hours clinic if one is available in your area. Some practices may also offer after hours virtual appointments through Practice Plus or Ka Ora Telecare.
