Nursing reflective learning template
The Pinnacle Nurse Lead team has developed a reflective learning template (linked below) for nurse use. This has been designed to help nurses record a personal reflection on any professional development activities or learning they have undertaken. The Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ) requires each nurse to complete a minimum of 60 hours of professional development every 3 years. This reflection template will help nurses retain evidence of there professional development.
