Planning is underway for the Pinnacle Nursing Conference 2025. The conference for the Pinnacle network will take place Saturday, 11 October 2025 in the River Room at our Hamilton office.
This year’s theme is 'Showcasing nursing innovation and collaboration'.
MC'd by Kim Cameron, clinical nurse specialist Tairāwhiti, the day will feature a focus on nursing innovation, including developments in AI and digital technology.
This conference is open to the Pinnacle network only.

Travel and accommodation reimbursement
Pinnacle will cover:
- 1 nights’ accommodation for those travelling a minimum of 1 hour 30 minutes, and 2 nights’ accommodation for those travelling a minimum for 2 hours 30minutes
- flights for Gisborne, New Plymouth and rural Coromandel attendees, if times align
- fuel reimbursement of up to $130 per car with receipts. Practices need to invoice ‘Pinnacle Incorporated’ and send it to our finance team directly by 30 November 2025 please. Any reimbursements sent through after this date will not be processed.
How to book reimbursed travel and accommodation
- Please complete a travel request form and note in the comments section that this is for the nursing conference and your practice name.
- The close off for flight and accommodation bookings is Saturday 20 September, 2025.

- Any requests outside of this scope should be emailed to MHNAdminTeam@pinnacle.health.nz and the planning committee will make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
- The planning committee have final say over all requests and have the right to decline travel if it’s deemed unreasonable.
