Waikato podiatry providers

Pinnacle MHN contract directly with Waikato community podiatrists to provide care for patients with diabetes who have a high-risk foot. See the community podiatry programme for more information. 

All patients who meet the high-risk criteria can have an initial appointment at which point both clinical judgement and their ability to self-manage and self-fund will determine further treatment. 

Sessions are capped at four per patient, per year, to ensure sustainability of the service.

Referral is directly from general practice to the providers via BPAC e-Referral.

Services are available across the Waikato region through the following podiatry clinics.

Please note both Jessica Dobbs Podiatry and Hamilton Mobile Podiatry can in some cases provide a mobile service for patients who may have difficulty accessing transport.
