Practice fees

The Annual Statement for each year covers the period 1 July to 30 June. It applies only to the co-payment fees charged to enrolled patients for standard GP consults at our Interim (non-VLCA) practices. VLCA practices receive extra funding for their enrolled patient base and in return must set their standard GP consult fees at or below a threshold set by Te Whatu Ora/Health NZ.

Pinnacle New Graduate Nurse Programme: 2025 update

Since 2008, the Pinnacle New Graduate Nurse Programme has helped practices support new graduate nurses with funding, workshops, and peer support. In 2025, a key change has been introduced with the launch of a new national funding stream from Te Whatu Ora, aimed at supporting up to 400 graduate registered nurses across primary care, community, and rural health settings.
