Our practice systems support team is committed to supporting you - our network practices.
Providing fast and effective virtual support, and as subject matter experts for a range of general practice business process and tools, this team is your first point of contact for:
- support with queries
- support with the implementation of new initiatives
- basic support with indici and MedTech PMS problems, with corrective solution guidance where possible.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
