Each provider, clinic or hospital department storing and/or administering vaccines must be familiar with the following documents.
- National Standards for Vaccine Storage and Transportation for Immunisation Providers 2017 (2nd edition).
- Annual Cold Chain Management Record.
- Cold chain management policy template.
