Contacting BPAC helpdesk
Please always use the helpdesk when contacting BPAC. This allows your job to be properly tracked and resolved.
If you need to contact BPAC for any reason, please only contact the helpdesk on 0800 633 236 or via email rather than call or email BPAC staff directly.
The helpdesk will always create a job to follow up, so you can be confident your job has been logged. Please also provide as much detail as you can regarding your query, including screen shots where possible.
