- Small Steps is a series of free digital self-help tools designed to support people to maintain or improve their wellbeing. They are for anyone in Aotearoa, with a particular focus on 19-35 year olds and Māori and Pasifika populations. The website can be used even when someone does not have any data or credit on their mobile phone.
