Tipu Ora stop smoking service (referral)

All practices in the Te Whatu Ora Lakes region can refer to this service. 

Anyone that smokes and is eligible for New Zealand funded health care. Priority is given to Māori and Pacific people, pregnant women and those with mental illness. 

This is not a claimable service; this is a free service that you can refer patients to as follows.

• Indici – via Letters and Documents – info prepopulates and emailed or sent via healthlink. 
• MedTech – Outbox document – info prepopulates and can be emailed or sent via healthlink. 
• Other – manual completion and emailing of form.
