Clinical diabetes specialist in primary care service (referral)

All Pinnacle practices in the Te Whatu Ora Waikato region can refer to this service. 

Kathy Knight, a clinical diabetes specialist, has many years experience in diabetes education and management and has worked in both the secondary and primary health care services over the years in the Waikato. She works closely with the diabetes nurses at Hauraki and National Hauora Coalition PHOs to coordinate the diabetes study days held regularly in the River Room at Pinnacle for practice nurses. 

Kathy is available most days of the week apart from every second Friday.
