Since 2009 when we held the last full Pinnacle workforce survey, the primary care landscape has changed considerably.
Practice and professionalism has increased in response to changing demographics, an ageing workforce and population, and legislation to meet the needs of our registered and non-registered populations.
Now more than ever, your responses will help us better understand the complexities that are faced in primary care today, and how our services can best meet the people we serve into the future.
We've designed different surveys for different practice professions (see links at the end of this article). You'll have received a survey relevant to your practice role via email.
The survey is open until 11.59pm, Wednesday 31 May.
The more people who take the time to answer this workforce survey, the more useful the outcomes will be. Therefore, to sweeten the deal, the more people in your practice that answer the survey, the greater your chance is to win yourselves a morning team shout!
Everyone starts with a chance to win. The higher your practice or team response rate - the greater your chance of winning in our draw. If you reach a 50 per cent response rate across all your staff, that increases to 3 chances. If 75 per cent is reached, you have 5 chances to win. And if you reach a 90 per cent response rate you have 10 chances to win! (If you work in a geographical team rather than an individual practice - such as school nurses - you are still eligible).
We want everyone to have the chance to have a say. However, we don’t have email addresses for everyone. If a colleague has not received a link to the correct survey for their role, please feel welcome to forward their associated link below.
For the GP survey and non-nursing members of the Extended Care Team, these should have been received directly to your inboxes. If you have not received this, please contact the Pinnacle projects team.
