Support and information for whānau and communities, and our network of general practices and providers across Te Manawa Taki.
Primary care is where most people’s healthcare begins, and often where it continues over time.
Pinnacle exists to support that care by helping general practices, providers and communities stay connected, supported and able to respond to local need. We know a strong health system depends on high quality primary care and community services that keep growing and adapting to the people they serve. Our role is to help make sure the right support, resources and capacity are in place so care can be delivered well, close to home.
