Propharma vaccines for destruction process

Propharma has changed the process in which immunisation providers return their vaccines for destruction (not ampoules).

• Step 1: Email Propharma customer services with the following:
  • subject line: ‘Vaccines for destruction [specify how many cartons - not ampoules - are being returned]’
  • message box: write provider's details including name, address, contact person and details of what vaccines are being returned.
• Step 2: Propharma will arrange a courier ticket to be sent to the sender.
• Step 3: Practice to attach courier ticket and arrange collection.
