Pathlab Eclair upgrade update

Issues have been discovered for some providers trying to access éclair eOrders, along with reports around slowness in the system causing timing out errors when trying to complete orders in some practices.

Pathlab believe they have identified and resolved most, however as they varied across multiple practice management systems, Pathlab is unsure who might still be experiencing issues or what those issues currently may be. 

Due to a technical limitation at the time of the upgrade process, the new system will have a very limited patient history available. Pathlab will be backloading data after the upgrade to expand the patient history, however this process is expected to take several weeks to complete. 

Please note there may be some ongoing issues for several weeks around available patient history.
